- Product and packaging scope
- Record product references, carton or pallet configuration and packaging version. Identify whether the brief covers unopened cases, opened service packs or retained samples. These states need separate review because an intact transport carton and an opened pack have different exposure and handling histories.
- Location and observed conditions
- Record the warehouse zone, observation date, responsible person and any available monitoring source. Separate measured conditions from visual notes about leaks, damp surfaces or carton condition. If relevant limits are absent, request product-specific requirements; an empty requirement field is not evidence that all conditions are acceptable.
- Placement and access
- Ask the warehouse owner to specify approved placement, aisle access, safe handling and stacking arrangements. OSHA's general materials-handling rule addresses clear passageways and stable storage. This is U.S. workplace context, not a global tissue specification or proof that a particular warehouse meets its obligations.
- Packaging and neighboring stock
- Identify the confirmed packaging protection and any site-specific concern about exposure during movement or storage. Record damaged wraps, open cartons and contact or proximity issues for review. Do not assert that any proposed segregation method guarantees hygiene, odor prevention or product safety without the appropriate evidence.
- Rotation and evidence owner
- Record receipt and lot references, intended rotation method and the source of any claimed storage period. Keep oldest receipt date separate from a manufacturer-specified expiry where one applies. No universal tissue shelf life is supplied here; ask the responsible product owner to resolve an unsupported date claim.
