- Case identity and state
- Record tissue SKU, filled-case version, packs per case, measured external dimensions and closure condition. Distinguish a drawing from a packed specimen. An empty carton or a different pack count may not represent the footprint and deformation of the case proposed for shipment.
- Pallet identity
- Record the actual pallet reference, external footprint, visible deck arrangement and condition information available from the responsible owner. Do not assume a standard pallet name describes every deck gap or support feature. Ask for the relevant specifications and limits instead of inferring capacity from appearance.
- Arrangement drawing
- Show case orientation, layer pattern and their position relative to the supporting edges. Record projection and unsupported areas as observations with units and references. Keep a proposed drawing separate from the actual built arrangement; a neat diagram does not prove the load was assembled that way.
- Observed exceptions
- Describe deformed cases, uneven support or an arrangement that differs from the plan. Link photographs to the actual unit and measurement record. Do not diagnose a loss of strength or assign a percentage reduction from an image; route that question to the competent packaging specialist.
- Route and handling
- Describe intended handling, storage and transport assumptions that the assessment must cover. A floor-supported observation does not automatically represent racking or another support condition. Ask the logistics owner which configurations need review and record unconfirmed destination requirements as open inputs.
